Patek Philippe Grand Complication watch. All 18ct pink gold tonneau shaped case with a sapphire crystal glass exhibition case back. Held on a genuine black alligator strap with matching 18ct pink gold pin buckle. Highly complicated and decorated manufacture calibre R 27 PS QR automatic self-winidng movement with minute repeater, perpeptual calendar, hours, minutes, offset small seconds, retrograde date, month, day and leap year in apertures. Silver dial with appplied gold Breguet Arabic numerals and transferrred detailing. Finished with a sapphire crystal glass.

The watch is acommpanied by correct EM603 box, leather binder, leather wallet, push pin and case back.
