Gerald Genta Bsp.Y.80-2

Blue Bi-retro Titanium Watch

Known as the “Faberge” of our time, Gerald Genta was one of the most recognized watches designers of the 20th century. Still to this day his designs are worn and respected by collectors of all ages and desires. In the 1969 Genta launched his own brand and only until recently has the brand lost it’s identity. For this reason every Gerald Genta watch is unique and very rare. This particularly very rare model is the Arena Bi-retro watch. Made in an all titanium case and held on a blue rubber strap with matching folding clasp. It is fitted with the highly complicated Manufacture caliber GG7722 mechanical self-winding movement, with bi-retrograde minutes, digital jump hour and retrograde date functions. The dial is blue with transferred numerals. The piece is finished with a sapphire crystal glass and case back. Part of a private collection.
