As the story goes a Portuguese sailor came to IWC asking whether they could make a pocket watch that could fit on the wrist. The Portuguese was born. Many years on the range has evolved in to many different designs.

The Limited Edition Portuguese Tourbillion Mysteree watch. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide it is made in all 18ct red gold case, held on a brown alligator strap with matching 18ct red gold folding clasp. Fitted with a highly complicated and decorated IWC calibre 51900 mechanical self-winding movement with tourbillion escapement, retrograde date and power reserve functions. The dial is silver with applied rose gold numerals and aperture exposing the tour billion escapement. Finished with a sapphire crystal glass and exhibition case back.
