Since that time, the essential gentleman’s grand complication has worn many different guises. One of the most classic designs for a Patek Philippe grand complication is the officers style case. Successor to the ref 5059, the 5159 garnd complication retrograde date perpetual calendar timepiece. Made in an all 18ct pink gold case with a solid 18ct pink gold hindged dust cover. Held on a genuine brown alligator strap with matching 18ct rose gold folding clasp. Fitted with the highly complicated and decorated Manufacture calibre 324 S QR mechanical self-winding movement with perpetual calendar, retrograde date, day, month, leap year and moon phase in apertures on dial. Opaline-white dial with hand guilloched centre and transferred roman numerals, finished with a sapphire crystal glass. The timepiece is pre-owned in factory double sealed condition.
