In 2012 Patek Philippe launched a new new calibre of grand complication. Replacing the ref 5004 with its world famous Lemania based calibre, the Patek Philippe Grand complication ref 5204P-010 timepiece.Previously never offered to market, it is made in an all 18ct pink gold hand-polished round case with sapphire crystal glass exhibition case back and held on a genuine black alligator strap with matching 18ct pink gold folding clasp. Fitted with the recently designed, highly complicated and decorated Manufacture calibre CHR 29-535 PS Q mechanical hand-wound movement. Features include split-second chronograph, instantaneous 30-minute counter, perpetual calendar, day, date, month, leap year, moon phase and night/day apertures. Silver dial with applied gold markers and transferred detailing. Finished with a sapphire crystal glass.
