Previously never offered to market, the very fine and rare, and now discontinued ref 5216R-001. Replacement of the highly sort after 5016 ref with its distinctive retrograde date. This ref was one of the more complicated movements as it incorporated the famous tourbillion escapement. Made in an all 18ct pink gold case with sapphire crystal glass exhibition back, it is held on a genuine brown alligator strap with matching 18ct pink gold folding clasp. Fitted with the highly complicated and decorated manufacture made calibre RTO 27 PS QR mechanical self-winding movement. Features include minute repeater, tourbillion escapement and perpetual calendar with day, month, moon phase, leap year and retrograde date apertures. White dial with applied gold markers and finished with a sapphire crystal glass.
