These timepieces use different patented materials to add to their movements. Made in a limited number, these watches are created as the future of watch making boundaries. This particular model is the Limited edition and now discontinued Advanced Research Complication Perpetual Calendar watch ref 5550P-001. Previously never offered to market, this very fine and rare model is made in an all platinum case with exhibition sapphire crystal and cyclops case back, held on a genuine brown alligator strap with matching platinum folding clasp. Fitted with the highly complicated and decorated Advanced Research manufacture calibre 240 Q mechanical self-winding movement with perpetual calendar and day, date, month, moon and leaper indicators. Grey sunburst dial with applied pink gold markers and finished with a sapphire crystal glass and case back.
